Terms and Conditions

Payment

Moonvalley accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard, Vipps and Klarna.

When paying by card, you must enter the card number, expiry date and CVC code.

If you choose Vipps or Klarna, the payment will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

Prices

Prices in the Moonvalley store are inclusive of VAT.

Supplements and food products have a VAT rate of 15%.
Other products and shipping costs have a VAT rate of 25%.

If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation by email containing information about your order.

Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure that all details are correct. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

Save the order confirmation and note your customer number or order number.

Returns

As a customer, you are entitled to return items within 30 days after receiving the goods, provided that:

the packaging is intact
the product is unused

If the return is approved, 100% of the product price will be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Complaints / Claims

If the package is damaged upon delivery, you should report the damage directly to the delivery service at the pickup point.

We recommend that you always inspect your products when you receive them.

For approved complaints, we cover the shipping costs.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we must charge for return shipping and handling costs.

For unclaimed parcels, a minimum fee of 200 NOK will be charged.

Correction of Incorrect Information

Moonvalley reserves the right to correct errors in prices, texts or other information that may have been incorrectly published on our website, on products or in other media.

We also reserve the right for inventory changes and potential technical errors in the webshop, browser or server.

Force Majeure

Moonvalley is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

government actions or legislative changes
labor disputes
embargoes
fire, flooding or natural disasters
sabotage or major accidents

Force majeure may also include government decisions that negatively affect the market or products, such as sales restrictions, warning requirements, or similar circumstances affecting business operations.
